  • Ciaran Giblin, Brewmaster at Meantime Brewery has teamed up with an American genetics company to create a beer that matches an individual’s DNA.
  • If a person has a predisposition for bitter or sweet flavours for example, their genetic code can be used to match this to the beer, so that they enjoy the taste.

A brewery and a US genetics company have created a beer based on a person’s genetic code.
